中文摘要：系统分析了2003-2022年国内外凡纳滨对虾研究领域相关文献,探析了其研究现状、研究热点与前沿趋势,为今后该领域进一步研究提供借鉴参考。以CNKI数据库中北大核心、CSSCI、CSCD和WOS核心合集数据库为数据来源,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6和VOSviewer 1.6.18可视化分析工具,对相关研究文献年度发文量、发文作者、发文机构、主要发文国家、研究热点与前沿趋势等方面进行了可视化分析。纳入分析的中、英文文献量分别为:2241篇和3913篇。(1)2003-2022年凡纳滨对虾研究文献中文发文量呈现下降趋势,而英文发文量呈现逐年指数型增长趋势;(2)英文文献的贡献主体为我国的科研机构和科研人员;(3)研究热点不同时段有不同的内容,近期的研究热点与凡纳滨对虾生长、生长性能、副溶血弧菌、养殖等方面密切相关;(4)从前沿趋势来看,改善凡纳滨对虾生长、抗氧化能力及调节肠道菌群组成,增强免疫力,提高抗病力,实现绿色生态健康养殖是该领域持续关注的内容。

外文摘要：The study aims to systematically analyze the relevant literature on the research field of Litopenaeus vannamei both home and abroad from 2003 to 2022,and explores the current research status,hotspots,and cutting-edge trends in this field,which provides references for further research in this field in the future.Based on CNKI database of Peking University Core,CSSCI,CSCD,and WOS Core as the data source,using CiteSpace 6.1.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 visualization analysis tools,visual analysis was conducted on the annual publication volume,authors,institutions,main countries,research hotspots,and cutting-edge trends of relevant research literature.The number of Chinese and English literature included in the analysis was 2241 and 3913 respectively.(1) From 2003 to 2022,the number of Chinese publications on the research of Litopenaeus vannamei showed a decreasing trend,while the number of English publications showed an exponential growth trend year by year;(2) The main contributors to English literature are research institutions and researchers in China;(3) The research hotspots vary in different time periods,and recent research hotspots are closely related to the growth,growth performance,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and aquaculture of Litopenaeus vannamei;(4) From the perspective of cutting-edge trends,improving the growth and antioxidant capacity of Litopenaeus vannamei,regulating the composition of intestinal microbiota,enhancing immunity,enhancing disease resistance,and achieving green,ecological,and healthy aquaculture are ongoing concerns in this field.
