中文摘要:从患典型烂趾病的虎纹蛙病灶组织分离到1株细菌,暂命名为WD-01,经人工感染证实该细菌为虎纹蛙烂趾病的病原菌。通过形态学、生理生化特性对其进行鉴定,并用纸片法进行药敏试验。鉴定结果表明,细菌WD-01为嗜水气单胞菌。药敏试验结果表明,新霉素、利福平、先锋霉素、诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、强力霉素、链霉素、卡那霉素、土霉素和金霉素等12种药物对菌株WD-01具有明显的抑制作用。

外文摘要:A bacterium, named as WD-01, isolated from frog Rana tigerina with cankering feet disease, was proved to be the causative pathogen by morphological, physiological and biochemical tests during experimental infection tests. The sensitivity of the bacterium to some drugs including Neomycin, Rifamycin, Cephalothin, Norfloxacin, Gentamycin, Oxytetraeycline, Streptomycin, Aureomycin, Kanamycin and Doxycycline was tested through a slip method. The results showed that the pathogen WD-01 was identified as Aeromonas hydrophil, and was sensitive to these drugs.
