中文摘要：比较分析了高校文库与高校机构知识库之间产生背景、收录范围、资源采集、用户群体、提供效果、研究成果及建设现状的异同。并提出两库对接共建的发展策略,即数字文库逐步向机构知识库过渡转型,实物文库保留并向体现本校文化特质人文价值拓展。最后简述对接共建的若干关键问题。

外文摘要：This paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between university library and university institutional repository in background,scope of collection,resources acquisition,user group,service effect,research results and construction status.The paper also puts forward some development strategies for linking up and joint construction of 2 libraries,namely,transforming digital library to institutional repository gradually,and reserving physical library and developing its humanistic value which embodies the cultural characteristics of the university.Finally,the paper gives a brief description of the key problems in the linking up and joint construction of 2 libraries.
