中文摘要：本文研究了南海８种贝类的营养成分及其５种限量元素的含量。结果表明：与卫生标准比较，限量元素中镉的含量较高，银、砷、铜、铅含量普遍较低。

外文摘要：In this paper,the contents of nutrition ingredients and five elements of limit quan- tity in eight species of shellfish in South China Sea were studied. It was found that the contents of Cd was high and Ag,As Cu and Ph were general low in comparison with hygiene criterions.
