中文摘要：本文从区域创新网络与异质企业集群成长互动视阈研究区域创新。区域创新的关键是突破性创新的实现及其推动的异质企业创新成长。突破性创新的实现离不开开放型区域创新网络支持的异质企业集群推动的差异化市场发现与技术创新试错。以128公路地区为例,区域创新资源是否对中小企业开放、发现和支持异质企业创新成长决定了区域兴衰。

外文摘要：This article studies regional innovation from the interactive process of RIS structure and heterogeneous firm growth.The key to good regional innovation performance is the realization of breakthrough innovation and the growth of heterogeneous firm innovation it boosts.The realization of breakthrough is inseparable from the diversified market discovery and technological trial and error,both of which are supported by the open regional innovation network and pushed by heterogeneous firm cluster.The regional innovation network must discover and allocate resources to support heterogeneous SME＇s entry and survival.Taking the route 128 area as an example,the performance of regional innovation depends on whether regional innovative resources are open to heterogeneous SME.
