中文摘要:【目的】研究洗脱溶剂极性对海洋沉积物中C_(37)和C_(38)烯酮的柱层析分离效果及对重建古海表温度的影响,探寻能完全洗脱长链烯酮而不引入过多杂质的洗脱溶剂配比。【方法】通过改变正己烷(H)与二氯甲烷(D)体积比来调节洗脱液极性,按极性从小到大对标准样品进行洗脱,并计算每种烯酮分子的洗脱量。【结果】当V_(H)∶V_(D)=8∶1时烯酮开始被洗脱出,到1∶2时可被完全洗脱。烯酮C_(38:2)Et最先被洗脱出,而C_(37:3)最后被洗脱出。各烯酮分子被洗脱量的峰值出现在不同极性的洗脱液,按极性排序为C_(38:2)Et 外文摘要:【Objective】This study aims to explore the influence of elution solvent polarity on the separation of C_(37)and C_(38)alkenones in marine sediments by column chromatography and its effect on reconstructed sea surface temperature,to find the solvent ratio that can completely elute all C_(37)and C_(38)alkenones without introducing too much impurities.【Method】In this study,the polarity of the eluent is adjusted by changing the ratio of n-hexane(H)and dichloromethane(D).The standard samples are eluted with increasing polarity,and calculate the eluted amount of each alkenone.【Result】Alkenones start to be eluted when V_(H)∶V_(D)=8∶1,and can be completely eluted when V_(H)∶V_(D)=1∶2.C_(38:2)Et is the first to be eluted,and C_(37:3)is the last.The maximum percentage of each eluted alkenones appears in the eluent with different polarities,and the order of the eluent polarity is C_(38:2)Et
