中文摘要:介绍海洋石油平台上部模块多层结构建造中,主要建造结构件H型钢端头的数控火焰切割下料专用设备的基本组成结构、工作原理。研究采用三把切割枪联动将H型钢切断与端头成型、在切口上开坡口的数控切割工艺,分析计算三把切割枪各自的平面运动轨迹与要求,并给出生产应用实例。
外文摘要:Introduces the basic composition structure and operation principle of specialized equipment of numerical control flame cutting machine of H sectional shape,which is the main building structure constituent during the multilevel structure building of offshore petroleum platform top modules.The numerical control cutting technology,which cuts off H sectional shape end socket,shapes end socket,and bevels on cutting shoulder by using three cutting gun linkage,is studied,the respective plane motion locus and demand of three cutting gun are analyzed,and the production applying instance is given out.
