中文摘要:[目的]评价健康教育对高等学校教师高脂血症的防治效果。[方法]采用自身前后对照的方法,对2004年广东海洋大学67名体检发现高血脂的教师进行相关知识的健康教育,比较健康教育前后高脂血症知识的知晓率及其血脂水平变化情况。[结果]教师高脂血症相关知识的知晓率健康教育后较教育前明显提高。实施干预措施1年后,有82.09%教师血脂恢复正常,TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显下降。[结论]采取健康教育为主的综合干预措施,既提高教师高脂血症相关知识的知晓率,又达到降脂目的。

外文摘要:[Objective]This article was oriented towards assessing the preventive effects of health education on teacher's high-lipid illness in an institution of higher learning. [Methods] 67 teachers of Guangdong Ocean University, found to have contracted the high-lipid illness, were chosen to enter relevant health education programmed,and then such indices as awareness about the hlgh-lipid illness and changes in blood lipid were examined by way of self-control between pre- and post education. [Results]Results showed that the post education awareness about concerned knowledge of the high-lipid illness with teachers was markedly higher than prior to education. After one year's active intervention, levels of TC,TG, LDL-C obviously dropped,with blood lipid levels of 82.09 % teachers back to normal, [Conclusion] It was suggested that the implementation of overall interventional measures of health education could both increase the awareness about knowledge of the high-lipid illness and decrease the level of blood lipid with teachers.
