中文摘要：《信息资源组织与管理》是信息系统领域和计算机领域交叉融合的学科,内容多,难度大,对理论理解和实践能力都要求高,传统的教学方式是教师讲授单向性教学,基于OBE理念是以学习产出为导向,学生为中心的,多维评价的循环激励教育模式。文章探索了OBE理念下的教育教学活动,首先根据课程毕业要求设计课程教学目标;然后按照能力指标要求,设计多种模式的教学方式;最后采用多主体评价,科学的评价学生的学习成果。

外文摘要："Information resource organization and management" is an interdisciplinary integration of information system field and computer field. This course has too many contents, great difficulty and high requirements to understand and practice. The traditional teaching is that teachers teach. Based on the OBE concept, the difference is that it is a circular incentive education mode of student-centered and multi-dimensional evaluation with learning output as the guidance. This paper explores education teaching activities under the concept of OBE. Firstly, design the teaching objectives according to the requirements of graduation;then according to the ability index requirements, design a variety of teaching mode;finally, multi-subject evaluation is adopted to evaluate students' learning achievements scientifically.
