外文摘要:Motorized spindle is an execution unit of machine tool. The rotation of a motorized spindle and the cutting of a machine tool are two vibration sources which will impact the feed system. These vibrations will affect processing quality, cause tools failure and destroy machine stability. The signal analysis in time-domain and frequency-domain for two types of vibrations of execution unit load of linear servo motor were conducted respectively in this work, by employing the BZ7201-USB multifunctional data acquisition instrument. From the analysis, the impact of vibration load to the motion precision of execution unit was obtained. As the load vibration will cause overshoot problem as well, the critical vibration range of motion platform was obtained from a research on system PID parameter adjustment for overshoot problem. The results provide experimental data for further research on servo feed system control. ? (2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
