外文摘要：Rural elites out of town involving in Rural Revitalization will be a shot in the arm for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Taking rural elites out of town returning home to start a business in L Village of Wuchuan,Guangdong as an example,the successful experience and operation mode exploration of rural elites out of town participating in agricultural operation reengineering were deeply analyzed.In the process of rural revitalization and rural governance,the personality charm of rural elites out of town and the cohesion of villagers’centripetal force were the foundation.The rural marketization thought of rural elites out of town and the deepening of agricultural management was the driving force.The government’s empowerment and financial support were guarantees.
