中文摘要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂对牡蛎壳微粉进行表面改性,通过熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/牡蛎壳复合材料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、电子万能试验机及扫描电子显微镜等手段分析对比了牡蛎壳微粉改性前后对PP力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,改性后的牡蛎壳微粉可以提高其与PP的界面相容性,并提高其在PP基体中的分散性能,可不同程度地提高复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度。
外文摘要:Oyster shell powder was surface modified with titanate coupling agent, and polypropylene(PP) / oyster shell powder composite was prepared by means of melt blending.fourier transform infrared spectrometer, electeonic universal testing machine and scanning electron microscopy were used to comparatively analyze the effect of the modified and unmodified oyster shell powder on the properties and microstructure of the composites.It show that modified oyster shell powder could improve the interfacial compatibility between oyster shell powder and PP matrix and the dispersion of oyster shell powder in PP matrix.Thus the tensile strength and non-notched impact strength of the composites are erdaanced variously.
