中文摘要：通过单因子实验和正交实验方法,研究了对虾高位池一种优良藻株波吉卵囊藻 Oocystis borgei 对和营养盐需求。结果表明:波吉卵囊藻在 N P NO3浓度为-N 11.32 mg.L-1和 PO4浓度为-P 1.29 mg.L-1 时,比增长率最大值μ (max 出现最佳值,各种密度波吉卵囊藻培养均能得到较好的生长效果。相对于相对) 增长常数 K和平均倍增时间 G,μmax可 更好地反映微藻种群对多因子的适应性和在对虾池塘中的竞争能力。

外文摘要：The N and P nutrient demand of a fine species of alage , Oocystis Borgei in the high- level prawn pond, is revealed by the single factor and orthogonal experiment. The results show there occurs higher μ max when the concentrations of NO3-N and PO4-P are 11.32 mg.L-1 and 1.29 mg.L-1 respectively. μmax may batter reflect the adaptability of micro-algal populations to multiple factors and their competitive power in the prawn ponds.
