中文摘要:应用回归分析、通径分析和因子分析对湛江地区7个甘蔗品种的6个主要蔗汁品质指标,包括蔗汁糖分(Y)、还原糖分(X1)、重力纯度(X2)、转光度(X3)、简纯度(X4)和锤度(X5)进行分析。简单回归分析结果表明,蔗汁糖分与其它5个品质指标均呈显著线性回归,简单回归模型均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。通过逐步回归分析建立最优方程为:Y=-4.47724939+0.6598210692X3+0.03952629895X4+0.3513029685X5,方差分析表明,多元回归模型达极显著水平(P<0.01),决定系数为0.997424。通径分析表明,其它5个蔗汁指标对蔗汁蔗糖分均有正效应,其中蔗汁转光度、蔗汁锤度、蔗汁重力纯度、简纯度4个指标影响较大。因子分析表明,6个甘蔗品质指标可用2个主因子代表,其特征值的累计贡献率达98.254%,这2个主因子分别为蔗汁糖分指标因子(蔗汁糖分、蔗汁转光度、蔗汁锤度、还原糖分载荷值较大)和成熟度因子(蔗汁重力纯度、简纯度载荷值较大)。

外文摘要:Six quality indexes from seven sugarcane varieties were analyzed by regression, path and factor anlysis. These quality indexes include sucrose content in juice (Y), reductive sugar(X1 ), gravity purity (X2 ), polarization (X3 ), apparent purity (X4) and Brix (X5 ). The result of simple regression displayed that relationships of sucrose content with other five quality indexes were linear regression. The regression models were extremely significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Regression equation was demonstrated by stepwise regression and that is Y = -4.47724939 + 0. 6598210692X3 + 0. 03952629895X4 + 0. 3513029685X5, The model was extremely sig- nificant ( P 〈 0.01 ) by variance analysis and the determination coefficient ( R2 ) was 0.99724. The results of path analysis suggested that sucrose content in juice was positively correlated with the other quality indexes, of which X3, X5, X2, and X4 primarily controlled the sucrose content in juice. The six quality indexes of sugarcane could be divied into two factors and cumulative variance contribution of the two factors reached 98.254% by factor analysis. Y, X1 , X3 and X5 played important roles in first factor. The second factor was mainly dominated by apparent purity and gravity purity determining sugarcane maturity.
