中文摘要:[目的]研究菠萝优良品种的耐寒性。[方法]研究了低温胁迫条件下,10个菠萝品种幼苗膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)、叶绿素含量的变化。[结果]MD-2、台农16号的耐寒性较强,巴厘、巴厘突变体、台农6号、台农13号、台农17号、台农19号耐寒性中等,无刺卡因、珍珠的耐寒性较弱。[结论]电解质渗漏率、MDA的含量可以作为菠萝耐寒性的鉴定指标。
外文摘要:[Objective] The research aimed to study the cold resistance of excellent varieties of Ananas comosus(L.).[Method] Changes of membrane permeability,MDA and chlorophyll content in ten different pineapple cultivars seedling leaves were studied under the condition of low temperature stress.[Result]The results indicated that ‘MD-2' and 'Tainong 16' had better cold tolerance.'Comte de Paris','Comte de Paris mutant ','Tainong 6','Tainong 13','Tainong 17','Tainong 19' were next.'Smooth Cayenee' and 'pearl' had worst cold tolerance.[Conclusion] Membrane permeability and MDA content can be used as identifying index of the low temperature tolerance ability.
