中文摘要：为探索线下内衣零售业转型升级路径,结合IPA模型与多元线性回归模型,构建多维度指标体系分析影响顾客满意度的关键因素。结果显示:导购员专业素质和服务质量、价格设定需优先改进;隐私保护需持续强化;款式选择和售后服务可维持现状;产品营销需加强。多元回归分析表明:内衣品质、性价比、舒适度、时尚性和功能对线下内衣店的转型评分有显著正向影响。应通过提升服务质量、优化价格策略、强化隐私保护等措施推动行业升级。

外文摘要：To explore the transformation path of the offline lingerie retail industry,combining the IPA model and the multiple linear regression model,a multi-dimensional index system was constructed to analyze the key factors influencing customer satisfaction.The results show that the professional quality and service quality of sales assistants,as well as the price setting,need to be prioritized for improvement;privacy protection needs to be continuously strengthened;the selection of styles and after-sales service can remain the current status;product marketing needs to be strengthened.The multiple regression analysis indicates that the quality of lingerie,cost performance,comfort,fashion,and functionality have a significant positive impact on the transformation score of the offline lingerie store.Measures such as improving service quality,optimizing pricing strategies,and strengthening privacy protection should be taken to promote industry upgrading.
