中文摘要：从2006年起,滨海旅游业已成为我国海洋经济最重要的支柱产业,2018年其增加值占我国海洋经济增加值的19.27%。位于祖国大陆最南端的湛江市徐闻县是广东省欠发达地区典型的农业大县,拥有独具特色、异常丰富的“蓝、绿、红”滨海旅游资源,但滨海旅游业发展处于初级阶段。本文运用新发展理念,概述了徐闻滨海旅游业现状,剖析了在海南自贸区和国际旅游岛快速建设的背景下,徐闻滨海旅游资源优劣势和存在的问题,提出了徐闻县滨海旅游业创新发展的路径。

外文摘要：Since 2006,coastal tourism has become the most important pillar industry of China's marine economy.In 2018,its added value accounted for 19.27%of the added value of China's marine economy.Xuwen County of Zhanjiang City,located at the southernmost tip of the mainland of China,is a typical agricultural county in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong Province.It has unique and extremely rich"blue,green and red"coastal tourism resources,but the development of coastal tourism is in the primary stage.We use the new development concept to summarize the current situation of coastal tourism in Xuwen,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of coastal tourism resources and existing problems in the context of rapid construction of Hainan free trade zone and international tourism island,and put forward the innovative development path of coastal tourism in Xuwen County.
