中文摘要:休渔制度是保护渔业资源的重要手段之一。休渔期的设置将影响渔业资源养护的效果,需要严格的科学论证。本文运用单位补充量模型评价了不同休渔期措施对北部湾二长棘鲷资源的影响,并提出了调整休渔期的建议。研究表明:实施2个月休渔,以7~8月为佳;实施3个月休渔,以7~9月为佳。这2种方案可使单位补充量亲体量分别恢复到未开发状态的17.48%和20.69%,单位补充量渔获量可分别提高2.85%、6.05%,优于当前南海已实施的休渔期设置。在管理实践中,宜将Fmax作为限制参考点,F0.1作为目标参考点。建议在适当延后休渔期的同时,再配合开捕体长和捕捞努力量控制等管理措施,以实现该渔业的可持续发展。
外文摘要:Closed season is one of important measures to protect fishery resources.The duration of closed season will obviously influence the performance of fishery resource conservation.Therefore,it is critical to make a strict investigation on these effects.Paragyrops edita is a commercial species in Beibu Gulf.However,its stock has been decreasing greatly during past decades due to suffering from a heavy fishing pressure.In the present work,effects of a broad range of closed season on Paragyrops edita stock in Beibu Gulf was evaluated using a per-recruit model.It was found that according to current fishing mortality,spawning biomass per recruit(SBR)was 12.51%at an unexploited level.Yield per recruit(YPR)increased with fishing mortality,approaching its maximum of 42.96 g when fishing mortality was equal to 0.370,and then decreased gradually.SBR could be improved under a closed season system and YPR could be improved to some extent as well.It was also found that YPR with two-month closed season was greater than that without closed season when fishing mortality≥0.40,while YPR with three-month closed season was greater than that without closed season when fishing mortality≥ 0.60.It was indicated that the duration of closed season would be best if it was carried out in July and August or July to September.These scenarios would be superior to current closed season system with SBR back to 17.48%and 20.69%as well as YPR increased by 2.85%and 6.05%.Biological reference point showed that F0.1F40%FmaxF20%.F20%,F40%and Fmax would be affected by closed season while F0.1 unaffected.In management practice,Fmax could be set as a limit reference point and F0.1 as a target reference point.SBR and YPR would increase by 3.28%and 2.39%in average when SBR restored to 20%,and by 23.28%and-0.68%when SBR restored to 40%under two-month closed season,respectively.SBR and YPR would increase by 0.82%and 0.52%in average when SBR restored to 20%,and by 20.52%and-2.69%when SBR restored to 40%under three-month closed season,respectively.If the fishery was closed from July to August or July to September,larva could be protected such that they grow to the length at maturity.Thus,they could have a chance to reproduce.These strategies placed more emphasis on recruited spawner stock compared to current closed season system.Considering interests of fishermen,it was suggested that postponing closed season properly could avoid over-fishing.Other corresponding measures are also given to realize fishery sustainable exploitation as follows:1)decreasing fishing pressure and fishing vessels;2)stopping irrational fishing methods,enlarging the length at first capture,limiting trawling operation,and encouraging selective fishing gear such as purse seine,gillnet and angling gear;3)adjusting industry structure,building artificial reefs,raising seawater fishes and releasing larva to increase wild stocks;4)providing fishermen certain subsidy and necessary technique training,and suggesting them to change jobs.
