中文摘要:在实验室条件下探讨氨氮胁迫对马氏珠母贝(Pinctada martensii)血细胞密度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LSZ)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性的影响。结果表明:1)不同浓度氨氮(1.25-40 mg/L)胁迫3 d后,马氏珠母贝血细胞密度随氨氮浓度的增加呈下降趋势,当氨氮浓度超过5 mg/L时血细胞密度较对照组明显下降,差异极显著(P〈0.01);2)血清SOD活性随实验氨氮浓度(1.25-40 mg/L)的增加而明显下降,在较低氨氮浓度(1.25-5 mg/L)时,SOD活性高于对照组,氨氮浓度超过10 mg/L时,SOD活性低于对照组,各实验组SOD活性与对照组均存在极显著差异(P〈0.01);3)当氨氮浓度为1.25-20 mg/L时,马氏珠母贝血清CAT活性随氨氮浓度的增加而升高,除氨氮1.25 mg/L组外,其余各实验组血清CAT活性较对照组极显著升高(P〈0.01),当氨氮浓度为30-40 mg/L时,血清CAT活性呈急剧下降趋势,且低于对照组(P〈0.01);4)马氏珠母贝血清LSZ活性随实验氨氮浓度的增加而降低,当氨氮浓度为10 mg/L以下时,血清LSZ活性高于对照组,当氨氮浓度为20 mg/L以上时,血清LSZ活性较对照组极显著降低(P〈0.01);5)氨氮浓度为1.25-10 mg/L时,马氏珠母贝血清ACP活性随氨氮浓度的增加而升高,且高于对照组(P〈0.01),当氨氮浓度超高20 mg/L时,马氏珠母贝血清ACP活性随氨氮浓度的增加急剧降低,且低于对照组(P〈0.01)。

外文摘要:Effects of ammonia-N stress on immune activity of Pinctada martensii were investigated in laboratory condition.The results were as follows:(1) the density of haemocytes of Pinctada martensii decreased as increasing the concentration of ammonia-N,its being stressed in various concentration of ammonia-N(1.25-40 mg/L)for 3 days.The ammonia concentration being in excess of 5 mg/L,the density of haemocytes of Pinctada martensii was significantly lower than the control(P0.01).(2) The activity of serum SOD of Pinctada martensii significantly lower with increasing the concentration of ammonia-N from 1.25 to 40 mg/L.However,the activity of serum SOD of Pinctada martensii significantly higher than the control(P0.01),its being stressed in the relatively low concentration of ammonia-N(1.25-5 mg/L),and the activity of serum SOD of that significantly lower than the control(P0.01),the ammonia concentration being in excess of 10 mg/L.(3) The activity of serum CAT of Pinctada martensii significantly higher with increasing the concentration of ammonia-N from 1.25 to 20mg/L,which was significantly higher than the control(P0.01) except ammonia-N 1.25 mg/L group.Compared the control,the activity of serum CAT markedly lower(P0.01) with increasing the concentration of ammonia-N from 30 to 40mg/L.(4) The activity of serum LSZ of Pinctada martensii significantly reducing with increasing the concentration of ammonia-N from 1.25 to 40mg/L.the activity of serum LSZ significantly higher than the control(P0.01),when concentration of ammonia-N being no more than 10 mg/L.and the activity of serum LSZ significantly lower than the control(P0.01),the ammonia concentration being in excess of 20 mg/L.(5) The activity of serum ACP of Pinctada martensii significantly higher with increasing the concentration of ammonia-N from 1.25 to 10 mg/L,and its being significantly higher than the control(P0.01).but the activity of serum ACP significantly decreased and lower than the control(P0.01) when the ammonia concentration was in excess of 20 mg/L.
