外文摘要：Firstly, this Paper chooses the representative of strategic emerging marine industries. Secondly, Base on the analysis of the status of Guangdong strategic emerging marine industrial layout, this paper analyses the restricted factor of the industrial distribution, and discusses the reasonable layout of the industrial spatial way. Lastly, this paper put forwards some policy recommendations for optimizing strategic emerging marine industries.
