中文摘要:脂溶态砷化合物是一类在环境和食物链中广泛存在的含砷有机化合物,但目前缺少脂溶态砷化合物的标准品,这是有机砷化合物分析检测和毒理学研究的瓶颈问题之一。本研究以二甲基胂酸、KI、NaOH和4种溴代烷烃(1-溴十四烷、1-溴十五烷、1-溴十六烷和1-溴十八烷)为原料,采用化学法通过三步反应成功合成了4种饱和含砷碳氢化合物AsHC 318、AsHC 332、AsHC 346和AsHC 374(数字为相对分子质量),并利用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和高分辨质谱(HR-MS)对这4种化合物的结构进行了鉴定。本方法的产物合成产率为8%~10%,合成的化合物可用于后续含砷碳氢化合物的毒性评价,以研究含砷碳氢化合物的毒性效应和作用机制。本研究为含砷碳氢化合物的合成提供了新方法,也为后续含砷碳氢化合物的毒理学研究提供了原料。

外文摘要:Arsenic is a semi-metal,and lipid-soluble arsenic compounds are one of the widespread forms in the environment and food chain,but there is a lack of standards for lipid-soluble arsenic compounds,which is one of the bottlenecks in the current analytical detection and toxicological studies of organic arsenic.In this study,four saturated arsenic-containing hydrocarbons,AsHC 318,AsHC 332,AsHC 346,and AsHC 374(The number is relative molecular mass),were successfully synthesized in three steps by using dimethylarsinic acid,potassium iodide,sodium hydroxide,and four brominated alkanes(1-Bromotetradecane,1-bromopentadecane,1-bromohexadecane,and 1-bromooctadecane)as raw materials.The structures of these four saturated arseniccontaining hydrocarbons were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR)spectroscopy,^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance(^(13)C NMR)spectroscopy,and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HR-MS).The yields of the method were 8%-10%,and the synthesized compounds could be used in subsequent toxicity evaluation experiments to assess the toxic effects and mechanisms of action of arsenic-containing hydrocarbons.This study provided an effective method for synthesis of arsenic-containing hydrocarbons,enriching the synthesis methods of arsenic-containing hydrocarbons,and provided raw materials for the subsequent toxicological studies of arsenic-containing hydrocarbons.
