中文摘要:基于双因素理论和交换理论,以305份调研数据为依据,运用结构方程模型对影响用户使用移动打车软件意愿的因素进行分析。研究显示:安全政策有效性作为保健因素可有效降低用户的感知风险,对移动打车意愿产生积极影响;打车便利性、企业信誉作为激励因素通过提升用户感知利益对用户移动打车意愿产生积极影响;感知愉悦性作为保健-激励因素能够降低用户的感知风险,提升用户的感知价值,进而影响移动打车意愿;感知价格水平作为保健-激励因素与用户感知利益负相关,与感知风险正相关,进而影响移动打车意愿。

外文摘要:Structural equation model is used to conduct empirical analysis with the 305research data to analyze the factors affecting taxi users’using mobile software willingness based on the two-factor theory and exchange theory.The research results show that the effectiveness of security policy,as a hygiene factor,has a positive impact on users’willingness to take mobile taxi by effectively reducing the user’s perceived risk.As motivators,convenience of using taxi,corporate reputation and monetary incentives have positive impact on users’mobile taxi willingness by improving users’perceived benefits.As hygiene-motivator factor,perceived pleasure enjoyment has significant effect on taxi users’willingness by reducing the perceived risk and improving user perceived benefits.As hygiene-motivator factor,perceived price level affects users’willingness by reducing user perceived benefits and improving user perceived risk.
