中文摘要：习近平执政以来高度重视党的思想建设问题,从六重维度深刻阐明党建思想的重大理论。从党的政治建设、思想建设、作风建设、组织建设、制度建设、反腐倡廉六个方面对党建思想进行探讨。党建思想要求落实到高校行政人员工作中,应做到政治教育与严明纪律相结合、严明制度与严格的监督相结合、思想和制度和监督三者相结合治理腐败,作风与监督相结合,从而提高高校行政人员工作的科学化水平。

外文摘要：Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of the Party since he became the chairman of China.There are six dimensions to expound the Xi Jinping’s thought of Party Building.There are six aspects to discuss the Xi Jinping’s thought of Party Building:political construction,thought construction,style construction,organization construction,system construction,anti-corruption construction.Xi Jinping’s thought of Party Building should be put into practice for the University administrative staff.We should combine political education with strict discipline.combine strict system with strict supervise,the combination of thought and system and supervision to govern corruption,combine style with supervision,so as to improve the job level of the University administrators.
