中文摘要:繁杂的工作对象、高负荷的工作压力、社会的偏见、管理者的不当管理,以及自身的认知偏差、个性弱点等因素,使编辑在工作中产生种种负面情绪,影响了编辑工作的质量和效率,危害了编辑的身心健康。为此,编辑应根据自身的实际,加强对社会和自我的认识,找寻自我的性格弱点,树立正确的人生观、价值观,以实现情绪的自我管理。
外文摘要:Editors' profession sentiments are affected by many factors,such as miscellaneous work object, overloading work press,the prejudice from society,improper management of managers and cognizance deviation and personality failing of themselves,etc.These factors will cause various of negative sentiments, which affect the quality and efficiency of edit activity and endanger the state of health of body and mind of editors. Therefore,the editors, for the purpose of the reality of self-management of the sentiments of themselves,should strengthen the cognizance to society and themselves,seek personality weakness of themselves and set positive outlook of life and value.
