中文摘要:【目的】研究饲料中添加不同水平小肽对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)幼虾生长、抗氧化能力、非特异性免疫和肠道菌群结构的影响。【方法】在基础饲料中分别添加质量分数0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的小肽(分别记为L0、L1、L2、L3、L4、L5组),配制6种等氮等脂饲料,饲喂初始体质量(0.47±0.01)g凡纳滨对虾期8周,测定对虾生长性能、抗氧化、非特异性免疫指标;提取肠道样品总基因组DNA,进行16S rDNA扩增、测序,分析肠道菌群结构。【结果】在饲料中添加小肽对幼虾的特定生长率、成活率和蛋白质效率无显著影响(P>0.05);添加质量分数0.1%小肽可显著提高幼虾增重率,降低饲料系数(P<0.05)。添加小肽可显著提高全虾粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),对粗脂肪含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。血清总蛋白含量、酚氧化酶和酸性磷酸酶活力在添加小肽后显著提高(P<0.05);L0组对虾血清碱性磷酸酶活力与L5组无显著差异(P>0.05),显著低于其余添加组(P<0.05)。饲料中添加0.1%小肽后,对虾血清中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力和总抗氧化能力均达到最高,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);添加小肽能促使对虾血清中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。对虾肠道菌群分析表明,L1组弧菌丰度显著降低(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】饲料中添加质量分数0.1%小肽可显著促进凡纳滨对虾生长,提高其抗氧化能力,减少对虾肠道弧菌数量。

外文摘要:【Objective】To evaluate the effects of different levels of small peptides on the growth,antioxidant capacity,non-specific immunity,and intestinal flora of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei.【Method】Six isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were formulated and prepared.0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%and 0.5%of small peptide was added to shrimp feed(Named L0,L1,L2,L3,L4 and L5-groups respectively).Juvenile shrimp were selected with an initial weight of(0.47±0.01)g.They were fed for eight weeks,and the index of growth,antioxidant and non-specific immunity were determined.Intestine genomic DNA of was extracted,and 16S rDNA was amplified and sequenced,and flora structure of intestine was analyzed.【Results】The addition of small peptides to the feed had no effect on the specific growth rate,survival rate,and protein efficiency of juvenile shrimp(P>0.05).Addition of 0.1%small peptide increased the weight gain rate and reduced the feed conversion rate significantly(P<0.05).Significantly,crude protein content in whole shrimp has increased with increased amount of small peptides(P<0.05)but no significant effect on crude lipid was observed(P>0.05).Total serum protein content,phenoloxidase,and acid phosphatase activities were significantly increased in small peptides added diets(P<0.05).The highest serum superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase activity and total antioxidant capacity were significantly higher than that of the control group after supplementation with 0.1%of small peptides(P<0.05).The addition of small peptides induced a significant decrease in malondialdehyde content in shrimp serum(P<0.05).By analyzing the intestinal flora of shrimp,the abundance of Vibrio spp.the lowest value was observed in L1.There were no significant differences between the remaining groups.【Conclusion】The addition of mass fraction 0.1%of small peptides to the feed significantly promoted the growth of L.vannamei,improved its antioxidant capacity and reduced the number of intestinal Vibrio in shrimp.
