中文摘要:试验筛选对溶藻弧菌HY9901具有拮抗作用的芽孢杆菌。于广东湛江海域的红树林根部土壤中分离出117株芽孢杆菌,通过初筛和复筛,获得1株对溶藻弧菌HY9901具有较强抑制作用的ZJ2009菌株,对其鉴定以及生物学特性分析。结果显示:ZJ2009菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌;在瓶装载量10%~20%,初始pH值6.0~8.0、添加1.5%NaCl的BHI培养基中培养12 h以上生长最佳;该菌株具有广谱抑菌性,无溶血现象,对斑马鱼无毒副作用且具有一定的保护率。研究表明,解淀粉芽孢杆菌用于抑制溶藻弧菌,为弧菌病的防治提供新思路,在水产养殖领域具有开发潜能。

外文摘要:The study was to screen Bacillus antagonistic to Vibrio alginolyticus HY9901. A total of 117 strains of Bacillus were isolated from the root soil of mangrove in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. A ZJ2009 strain with strong inhibitory effect on V. alginolyticus was obtained through primary and secondary screening. Its identification and biological characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that ZJ2009 strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The optimal growth condition was BHI medium with 10% to 20% bottled load, initial pH value 6.0 to 8.0 and 1.5% NaCl added for more than 12 h. The strain had broad spectrum bacteriostasis, and failed to produce hemolytic loops, with less side effects on zebrafish and has a certain protection rate. The experiment indicates that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens can inhibit V. alginolyticus and provide a new idea for the prevention and control of vibriosis, which has potential development in the field of aquaculture.
