外文摘要：The urbanization of the new-generation migrant workers has a significant realistic influence on the advancement of a healthy social economy.In the paper,the external pulling power and the internal pushing factors will be firstly analyzed as the motivation system of the urbanization of the new-generation migrant workers;while the external and internal obstructions will be analyzed as the resistance system.And in the last step,the suggested solutions of removing obstructions and enhancing motivation are proposed as the two proper ways to promote the urbanization of the new-generation migrant workers.
