中文摘要:分离提取波纹巴非蛤(Paphia undulate)全脏器中的糖蛋白,并探讨其体外清除羟自由基的活性。结果表明,以水为浸提剂,料水比为1:10,80℃水浴浸提60 min,60℃旋转蒸发浓缩,提取效果较好;用饱和度为20%、40%的硫酸铵盐分级分离得到的2个主要级分F1、F2,得率分别为0.60%和0.16%,总糖与可溶性蛋白含量分别为19.5%、30.7%和23.6%、20.9%。体外对羟自由基的清除率分别为35.8%和11.7%。波纹巴非蛤水提糖蛋白在体外对羟自由基有一定的清除作用。
外文摘要:The glycoprotein from the whole viscera of Paphia undulate was isolated in this paper and the scavenging capacity of free radical in vitro was studied.The results showed that the best isolation conditions were.water as extraction solvent,water temperature 80℃,raw material and water extract solution ratio 1: 10,and concentrated with 60℃water.The separation with 20%,40% ammonium sulfate fractionation gained two main fractions F1 and F2,at the yield of 0.6%,0.16%,respectively,and the content of glycans and protein were 19.5%,30.7% and 23.6%,20.9%.The scavenging capacity of hydroxyl free radical was 35.8% and 11.7%.The glycoprotein from Paphia undulate extracted by water(PUGP) has certain scavenging effect to hydroxyl free radical in vitro.
