外文摘要：It is the major strategy proposed by the Central Party that building the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century for opening .Guangdong province has own comparative advantage, historical and realistic basis. In order to build the maritime silk road ＂bridgehead＂ , it gradually promote the integration of Guangdong enterprises ＂going out＂ strategy, further develop the Guangdong Industry Association and chamber of Commerce, further promote the construction of platform exchanges, promote and perfect the construction cooperation the mechanism and expand exchanges and cooperation in the field of humanities.
