中文摘要:柠檬桉(Corymbia citriodora)是一个天然分布于澳大利亚且具有重要经济价值的外来树种;中国种植该树种已有100多年的历史,却尚未对该树种进行系统的遗传材料引进和测定,缺乏对遗传材料遗传多样性的了解,限制了其应用潜力的发挥。本研究以从澳大利亚引进的柠檬桉5个种源/84个家系、国内采集的6个地点/30个家系为遗传材料,在广西南宁测定了0.5年生和1.0年生树高和病害指数等重要性状。分析表明,新引进的澳大利亚种源在速生性、抗病性上均显著优于国内采集材料,但二者在种源、家系等遗传层次上均存在显著差异;柠檬桉树高、感病指数的遗传力随树龄增加而提高,1.0年生时分别为0.270和0.269;1.0年生树高与感病指数间的呈强负相关(-0.776),利于进行速生、抗病性的改良。本研究结果表明:通过新引进澳大利亚种源,柠檬桉的速生、抗病性都可得到显著提高,结果还可为确定柠檬桉的改良中性状选择、选择时间和预期改良进度提供依据。

外文摘要:Corymbia citriodora is a exotic tree species of great economic importance that naturally distributed in Australia. The species has been planted in China for more than 100 years. But, no systemic introduction and testing of it have been reported. There were very limited understanding on its genetic diversity and hence limited exploring its potential. The genetic materials in this study include 5 provenances/84 families from Australia, 30 families collected from 6 sites in China. Data on 0.5-yr and 1.0-yr tree height(Ht) and disease damage index(DDI) were obtained from a progeny testing trail in Nanning of Guangxi. The analysis shown: The newly introduced Australian materials were significantly better than domestic collections on fast growing and disease resistance traits in general. But, there were significant difference between provenances(within country), families(within provenance). The heritability of Ht and DDI increased with age, 1.0-yr heritability of them were 0.270 and0.269. The genetic correlation between 1.0-yr Ht and DDI was significantly negative(-0.776). That will facilitate the simultaneously improvement of growth and disease resistance. The result indicates: growth rate and disease resistance will be significantly improved by introducing the Australian provenances. And provided the basis on deciding select traits, select time and expecting genetic gain.
