中文摘要：海洋科技创新是海洋经济发展的核心动力,作为海洋经济发展的引擎,海洋科技创新对推动海洋经济快速发展,建设海洋强国具有十分重要的作用。文章选取1996—2014年我国海洋科技创新与海洋经济增长的数据,利用VAR模型对海洋科技创新与海洋经济增长的互动关系进行了实证分析。研究表明:海洋科技创新与海洋经济增长存在长期均衡关系;从整体来说,海洋科技创新是海洋经济增长的格兰杰原因,然而海洋经济增长并非是海洋科技创新的格兰杰原因;从具体来讲,海洋科技成果应用不是海洋经济增长的格兰杰原因;当前需要加大海洋科技成果的转化,推动海洋经济的发展。

外文摘要：Marine science and technology innovation is the core driving force of marine economic development.As an engine of marine economic development,marine science and technology innovation plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of marine economy and building a powerful marine country.This paper selects the data of marine science and technology innovation and marine economic growth from 1996 to 2014 in China,and empirically analyzes the interaction between marine science and technology innovation and marine economic growth by using VAR model.The Research shows that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between marine science and technology innovation and marine economic growth;on the whole,marine science and technology innovation is the Granger cause of marine economic growth,while marine economic growth is not the Granger cause of marine science and technology innovation;specifically speaking,the application of marine scientific and technological achievements is not the Granger cause of marine economic growth;At present,it is necessary to increase the transformation of marine scientific and technological achievements and promote the development of the marine economy.
