中文摘要：基于2006—2016年广东省海洋方面的相关数据,构建了海洋经济发展质量评价指标体系;采用熵值法,测算了广东省海洋经济发展质量的综合得分。实证评价结果显示:广东省海洋经济发展质量整体呈现波动上升趋势;但在发展过程中,依然存在经济效益、海洋创新驱动力、生态环境质量和开放水平有待提升等问题。提出了优化海洋产业结构、提高海洋科研创新驱动力、推动海洋经济绿色发展、提高海洋经济对外开放水平等对策建议。

外文摘要：Based on the data of Guangdong province from 2006 to 2016,the quality evaluation index system is constructed for the marine economy development.The entropy weight method is adopted to examine the overall development quality of the marine economy in Guangdong province.The empirical evaluation indicates that there is a fluctuating upward trend in the overall development quality of the marine economy in Guangdong.But problems still exist in the development process.Several issues need to be improved,such as the economic benefits,the driving force of marine innovation,the quality of the ecological environment and the openness of the marine economy.Countermeasures are then put forward including optimization of the marine industrial structure,improvement of the driving force of marine research and innovation,promotion of green development,and opening up of the marine economy.
