中文摘要:研究了最大偏向角法测量光栅常量实验的数据处理方法,分析了光栅常量测量产生较大误差的原因,提出了减小该误差的方案,把最小二乘法引入到该实验数据的处理中,并在MATLAB中编写了相应的数据处理程序.实践证明:用最小二乘法处理该实验数据的方法合理且精度高,且用最小二乘法拟合出离散数据点满足的曲线方程再联立方程求解消失点的位置的方法有效地解决了消失点的位置精确读数困难的问题.
外文摘要:The experiment's datas processing maximum angle of deflection is studied. The measuring value is analyzed, and the scheme method of measuring grating constant by the reason for the large error of grating constant of diminishing errors is brought forward. The least square method is introduced in processing the experimental data, which seems to be reasonable and accurate. The corresponding data processing procedure is compiled by MAT- LAB software. The curve equations satisfied the scattering data are fitted by the maximum angle of deflection. The position of disappearing point is determined by the simultaneous equations, which solves the problem to ascertain the position of disappearing point accurately.
