中文摘要:选取北部湾340尾野生日本囊对虾,对其体长、头胸甲长、胸高、胸宽、第一腹节宽、第一腹节高、第三腹节高、额剑上刺数、额剑下刺数和体重等10个性状进行测量。采用逐步回归法分析体重和形态形状的关系。结果表明,日本囊对虾的体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、胸高、第一腹节宽、第三腹节高和额剑上刺数7个性状与体重的相关系数达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),在上述7个性状中,胸宽对体重的直接影响(0.352)最大,其次为头胸甲长、体长、第一腹节宽、第三腹节高和胸高,额剑上刺数影响较小。单独的决定系数:胸宽对体重的决定系数(12.39%)最大,其次是头胸甲长,额剑上刺数最小。共同决定系数:胸宽与头胸甲长最大为11.54%。通过分析,建立上述7个性状对体重的最优多元回归方程。为日本囊对虾在选育种提供理想的测度指标。

外文摘要:The relation of morphometric attributes with body weight for Marsupenaeusjaponicus was analyzed. 340 M. japonicus were sampled in the Beibu Gull the South China Sea. Ten attributes: body length, carapace length, carapace height, carapace width, first segment height, first segment width, third segment height, number of upper frontal eminence spine, number of lower frontal eminence spine, and body weight were measured. The morphometric attributes were used as independent variables, and body weight was used as a dependent variable. The results showed that relation among seven correlation coefficients (body length, carapace length, carapace width, carapace height, first segment width, third segment height, and number of upper frontal eminence spine) to the weight are very significant (P〈0.01). Among the seven attributes above, carapace width weighted the most (0.352), carapace length, body length, first segment width, third segment height and carapace height are obviously related to the body weight. However, the number of upper frontal eminence spine showed a negative correlation to body weight. In terms of relation of each single attribute to body weight, carapace width was the strongest, 12.39%, followed by carapace length, and the number of upper frontal eminence spine was the weakest. In terms of codetermining coefficient, the largest one, 11.54%, was between carapace width and carapace length. The regression equations of the seven correlation coefficients to body weight were established, which could provide a measurement tool in M. japonicus aquaculture.
