中文摘要:本试验旨在探究罗伊氏乳杆菌胞外多糖(LR-EPS)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道健康的影响。选取48头初始体重为(5.13±0.10)kg的21日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为2组:对照组(CON组,饲喂基础饲粮)和多糖组(EPS组,饲喂添加300 mg/kg LR-EPS的基础饲粮),每组6栏,每栏4头仔猪(公母各占1/2),试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,EPS组断奶仔猪的平均日增重极显著增加(P<0.01),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01)。2)与CON组相比,EPS组断奶仔猪血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著增加(P<0.01),血清总蛋白(TP)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与CON组相比,EPS组断奶仔猪空肠T-AOC、GSH-Px活性显著增加(P<0.05),回肠GSH-Px活性显著增加(P<0.05);断奶仔猪空肠、回肠的绒毛高度极显著提高(P<0.01)。4)与CON组相比,EPS组断奶仔猪空肠中闭锁蛋白-1(Claudin-1)、闭合蛋白(Occludin)的mRNA相对表达量显著上升(P<0.05);回肠中Claudin-1的mRNA相对表达量显著上升(P<0.05)。5)Chao1指数和Dominance指数显示,与CON组相比,LR-EPS能够显著提高断奶仔猪肠道菌群均匀度和丰富度(P<0.05)。在门水平上,EPS组拟杆菌门相对丰度极显著增加(P<0.01);在属水平上,与CON组相比,EPS组霍普沃氏菌属NK3B31群相对丰度显著增加(P<0.05)。6)经Spearman相关性分析可知,肠道中拟杆菌门和霍普沃氏菌科NK3B31群等相对丰度与空肠Claudin-1、回肠Claudin-1及Occludin等肠道屏障相关基因mRNA相对表达量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加300 mg/kg LR-EPS可以有效提升断奶仔猪的生长性能,增强机体抗氧化能力,改善肠道屏障功能。
外文摘要:This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of exopolysaccharides from Lactobacillus reuteri(LR-EPS)on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and intestinal health of weaned piglets.A total of 48 twenty-one-day-old“Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire”crossbred weaned piglets with an initial body weight of(5.13±0.10)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group(CON group,fed a basal diet)and the polysaccharide group(EPS group,fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg LR-EPS).Each group consisted of 6 pens with 4 piglets per pen(half male and half female),and the experimental period lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the CON group,the average daily gain(ADG)of weaned piglets in the EPS group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01).2)Compared with the CON group,the serum albumin(ALB)content in the EPS group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01),and the contents of total protein(TP),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity were significantly higher than those in the CON group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the CON group,the activities of T-AOC and GSH-Px in the jejunum were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px activity in the ileum was significantly increased(P<0.05);LR-EPS extremely significantly increased the villus height of the jejunum and ileum in weaned piglets(P<0.01).4)Compared with the CON group,the relative mRNA expression levels of Claudin-1 and Occludin in the jejunum of piglets in the EPS group were significantly increased(P<0.05);the relative mRNA expression level of Claudin-1 in the ileum was significantly increased(P<0.05).5)The Chao1 index and Dominance index indicated that LR-EPS could significantly improve the evenness and richness of the intestinal flora in piglets(P<0.05).At the phylum level,the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes in the EPS group was extremely significantly increased(P<0.01);at the genus level,the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group in the EPS group was significantly increased(P<0.05).6)Spearman correlation analysis showed that the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes and Prevotellaceae_NK3B31_group in the intestine were extremely significantly positively correlated with the relative mRNA expression levels of intestinal barrier-related genes such as jejunal Claudin-1,ileal Claudin-1,and Occludin(P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 300 mg/kg LR-EPS can effectively improve the growth performance of weaned piglets,enhance the antioxidant capacity of the body,and improve intestinal barrier function.
