中文摘要：促进农户向绿色生产与生活方式转变对推进中国农业发展全面绿色转型意义重大,这决定了剖析农户亲环境行为逻辑的重要性。论文基于构建的“环境规制—数字化信息渠道—农户亲环境行为”分析框架,运用中国土地经济调查中的农户数据和二元Probit模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:约束型与激励型环境规制正向引导农户亲环境行为,这一结论经过稳健性检验后仍成立;而且,约束型与激励型环境规制在不同情境下对引导农户亲环境行为存在明显异质性;进一步分析发现,数字化拓宽农户的环境规制信息获取渠道,增强农户的信息获取能力,促进农户环境规则感知,进而促使农户采取亲环境行为。基于上述结论,本文认为环境规制对激励农户亲环境行为是重要的,但数字化赋能环境规制的内生逻辑则是关键一环。

外文摘要：Promoting the transformation of farmers towards green production and lifestyle is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive green transformation of China's agricultural development,which determines the importance of analyzing the logic of farmers'pro environmental behaviors.This article is based on the analysis framework of"environmental regulation digital information channels farmer pro environmental behavior",and an empirical research is conducted using farmer data and binary Probit model from the China land economy survey.The results indicate that:Constrained and incentivized environmental regulations positively guide farmers to engage in pro environmental behaviors,and this conclusion still holds after robustness testing;Moreover,there is significant heterogeneity in guiding farmers to engage in pro environmental behaviors between constraint based and incentive based environmental regulations in different contexts;Further analysis reveals that digitization broadens the channels for farmers to obtain environmental regulatory information,enhances their information acquisition capabilities,promotes their perception of environmental rules,and ultimately encourages them to adopt pro environmental behaviors.Based on the above conclusion,this article believes that environmental regulations are important in motivating farmers to engage in pro environmental behavior,but the endogenous logic of digital empowerment of environmental regulations is a key link.
