中文摘要：阐述了目前学校图书馆电子文献数据库的利用现状,结合本校数据库使用情况,重点分析了高校电子文献使用率不高的原因,提出了提高电子文献使用率的途径与措施,为高校图书馆充分发挥电子文献的作用,以及有选择的购买适合本校读者的电子文献,搞好读者教育,提供研究依据,有一定的启示作用。

外文摘要：This paper has observed the current situation of the use of e-literatttre by colleges and universities in general and the use of database by Guangdong Ocean University in particular and, discussed what leads to the inadequate use of e-literatttre by colleges and universities. It has also put forward measures to raise the e-literature utilization rate. It has certain enlightenment on university libraries in their full use of e-literatttre to serve the readers and in their choice of database in the service.
