中文摘要:分析了数控机床几何误差和定位误差的异同。指出了数控机床定位误差测量的前提条件是误差值要表示为指令位置点坐标的函数,从而进一步明确了数控机床满足这一条件的基本要求。在此基础上,提出了数控机床末端定位误差的基本特性是相对性、位置依赖性、连续性。并用试验的方法验证了以上特性,为数控机床的误差测量、误差补偿提供了理论依据和实践方法。
外文摘要:We analyze the differences and similarities of geometric errors and positioning errors in a CNC machine tool. The analysis indicates that the preconditions for its positioning error measurement is that the error value should be expressed as the function of the coordinates of positioning points, thus identifying the basic requirements to be satisfied by the CNC machine tool. Based on the analysis, we put forward the following characteristics of its positioning errors: relativity, position dependency and continuity. Moreover, we do experiments to verify the above characteristics, providing theoretical basis and a practical method for the error measurement and compensation of a CNC machine tool.
