中文摘要:为了获得表面质量较优的熔融挤压快速成形制品,采用正交试验的方法对其加工过程中的工艺参数进行了优化,并获得了较好的工艺参数的组合。然后用优化后的工艺参数进行了试验验证,获得了质量较好的、满意的熔融挤压快速成形制品。结果表明,这种通过正交试验法对熔融挤压快速成形工艺参数优化的方法是可行的。
外文摘要:In order to obtain products with better surface quality,the process parameters of melted extrusion manufacturing are optimized and obtained through the method of orthogonal experiment. The satisfactory melted extrusion manufacturing products with better surface quality can be achieved by the optimized process parameters. The results show that the optimization for process parameters of melted extrusion manufacturing by orthogonal experiment is feasible.
