中文摘要：大数据和人工智能浪潮赋予了企业新的发展动能,企业数智化转型是顺应时代发展的必然选择。为此,本文以2011—2022年沪深A股上市企业为样本,运用机器学习方法从企业数智化转型出发,通过熵值法和SBM法构建企业韧性和绿色全要素生产率综合指数体系,运用双向固定效应模型、中介效应检验、异质性分析等回归检验,探究数智化转型对企业韧性和可持续发展能力的影响机制。研究发现:(1)企业数智化转型能够加强企业韧性并显著提升绿色全要素生产率指数,实现企业可持续发展;(2)数智化转型对企业韧性的促升作用在国有控股企业、高科技行业和东部地区层面效果更为显著。本文基于研究结论从数智化战略定位、企业资源配置、企业韧性提升等层面提出相关启示。

外文摘要：The surge of big data and artificial intelligence has provided enterprises with new impetus for development,and the digital intelligence transformation of enterprises is an inevitable choice to adapt to the changing times.This study takes A-share listed enterprises from 2011 to 2022 as samples,utilises machine learning methods to construct a comprehensive index system for enterprise resilience and green total factor productivity through entropy method and SBM method,and employs two-way fixed effect model,intermediate effect test,heterogeneity analysis,and other regression tests to explore the impact mechanism of digital intelligence transformation on enterprise resilience and sustainable development capability.The findings are:(1)Digital intelligent transformation can enhance enterprise resilience and significantly improve the green total factor productivity index,achieving sustainable development for enterprises.(2)The promotion effect of digital intelligent transformation on enterprise resilience is more significant among stateowned holding enterprises,high-tech industries,and Eastern regions.Based on the research conclusions,this paper proposes some implications regarding the strategic positioning of digital intelligence,allocation of enterprise resources,and enhancement of enterprise resilience.
