外文摘要:Antibacterial activity materials were prepared via electrospun and chemical modification. The formation of dopamine and Ag nanoparticles based coating on poly(epsilon-caprolactone) nanofibers surface was demonstrated by means of Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microbiological screening revealed that in contrast to the pristine poly(epsilon-caprolactone) nanofibers, the Ag nanoparticles-coated PCL nanofibers are effective in inhibiting the growth of the Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus.
