中文摘要：从产业经济和产业技术的角度梳理和剖析湛江对虾产业在养殖、加工和贸易流通环节所存在的主要问题,并提出相应策略。在产业技术方面,以资源保护、质量安全为基调,以"产、学、研"为行业科技研发机制,强调各环节的技术互助和协同,形成体系支撑。在产业经济方面,强调政策的扶持和指导,强化产业环节的利益联结、行业企业的团结和自律,打造跨行业的产业化共同体,形成有国际竞争力的企业集团和产业化龙头企业集群,构建湛江对虾产业的核心竞争力,促进产业可持续发展。

外文摘要：The main problems existing in shrimp farming,processing and trading of Zhanjiang zone were sorted and analyzed from the point of industrial economy and technology,and the corresponding measures were brought out.In terms of industrial technology,the recognition of resource protection,quality and safety,should be the keynote;and the system of industry,academia and research,should act as the basic means for industry research and development.In the aspects of industrial economy,policy support and guidance should be stressed,and the interest linking among different industrial sections and the solidarity and self-discipline among different industrial enterprises should be strengthened,so that the cross-sector industry community could be created and the enterprise groups and industrialized leading enterprise clusters with international competence can be formed.The combination of industrial economy and technology is the only way to construct and consolidate the core competence of Zhanjiang＇s shrimp and prawn industry,and to advance its sustainable development.
