中文摘要：本文通过梳理官方历年统计资料进行趋势分析,描述了广东省社会组织发展的现状和特点,并深入剖析相关政策体制弊端和自身存在的问题,指出应从深化双重登记管理体制改革、加大政府职能的转变力度、完善政府购买制度、建立多元监督网络体系、大力培育社会组织的专业人才队伍和拓展多元筹资的新模式等六大方面来促进社会组织健康、良性、快速地发展。

外文摘要：Through trend analysis for the official statistical data,the article describes the present situation and the characteristic of development of social organization in Guangdong Province,and analyzes in-depth relevant policy system and its existing problems.To promote healthy benign rapid development of social organization,It points out such six major aspects that we should deepen the reform of the management system of dual registration,increase the change of government functions,improve the strength of government purchase system,build multivariate supervisory network system,vigorously developing social organizations of professional personnel and extend new funding mode.
