中文摘要:3D打印技术和轻量化技术是近年来发展较为快速的先进技术。为了研究机械零件轻量化的问题,以山地自行车结构部件中的一个连接件为例,采用概念设计工具Altair Inspire对连接件进行设计空间的几何重构及重构前后的强度对比分析,再采用3D打印中的子模型新技术和合理设置工艺参数的方法,进行了机械零件轻量化设计与制造。实验结果表明,在满足实际的刚度和性能要求、不改变模型主要结构的情况下,该研究所得结构连接件最终模型的优化结果,实现减重达38.46%,有效减轻了质量,节省了材料,解决了拓扑优化后的复杂结构难加工与支撑多的问题,为机械零件轻量化设计与制造提供了一种可行的方法。
外文摘要:3 D printing technology and lightweight technology are advanced technologies that have developed rapidly in recent years. In order to study the problem of lightweight of mechanical parts, taking a connecting part of mountain bike as an example, the geometric reconstruction of the design space of the connecting part and the comparative analysis of the strength before and after the reconstruction were carried out by using the concept design tool Altair Inspire,and then the lightweight design and manufacturing of mechanical parts were carried out by using the new sub model technology in 3 D printing and the method of reasonable setting of process parameters. The experimental results show that, under the condition of meeting the actual stiffness and performance requirements,and without changing the main structure of the model, the final model optimization results of the studied structural connector achieve 38.46% weight reduction,effectively reduce the weight, save materials, solve the problem of difficult machining of complex structure after topology optimization, and provide a feasible method for lightweight design and manufacturing of mechanical parts.
