中文摘要：为培养动物医学专业创业人才,进行了实践教学改革,采用"2+1"学期模式教学方案,大二和大三的学生每年于其中的一个短学期到企业进行生产实习。通过参加实践活动,提升学生专业技能,缩短毕业生走向社会的"磨合期"。经4年实践教学改革表明,该模式可显著提高师资综合水平,培育学生的创新精神,提高了毕业生的创业能力和社会竞争力。

外文摘要：To culture the innovative undertaking talents of veterinary specialty, the practice teaching reforms were conducted and the ＂2＋1＂ practical teaching System were formed. The sophomores and junior students were carried out the production practice in the enterprise in a short term of each year. The undergraduates＇ specialty skills were enhanced and innovative spirits was shaped through all kinds of training, and the graduates were competent for their positions very quickly. All in all, by 4 years of practice of the ＂2＋1＂ practical teaching system, the teachers＂ integrative abilities for all- around development of the innovative students were promoted, and the undergraduates＇ innovative spirits were cultured, thus the graduates＇ abilities of innovative undertaking and social competences were significantly improved.
