中文摘要：我国许多高校都开办了公共事业管理专业,在专业方向的设定上各有侧重,总体上显得很“杂”;不同学校授予学位的差异性很大,在专业人才培养计划上也显得幼稚与不成熟。高校公共事业管理专业,应培养能在政府机关,文教、科技、体育、卫生、环境保护、社会保障等公共事业单位,以及社会中介组织从事管理工作的高级专门人才。

外文摘要：In our country, many universities have set up the public enterprise management specialty. But each university has different emphases upon its specialty. So it looks very ＂unsystematic＂. Different universities award different academic degrees. And the plans for training seem a bit puerile and immature. In my opinion, the specialty should train some highly skilled personnel who can act on government mechanisms, culture and education, science and technology mechanisms, sports, health bureaus, environment protection, social assurance enterprise mechanisms, etc. And they can also work as senior specialists in social medium organizations.
