中文摘要：高校实验室安全管理责任制中的"责任"不仅包括一般责任,而且包含了法律责任。但是,法律责任有严格的构成条件。在建构高校实验室安全责任管理体系的背景下,研究高校实验室安全管理责任制中的一般责任尤其是法律责任意义重大。高校实验室安全管理中的法律责任主要有民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任三种类型。

外文摘要：The legal responsibility which is composed of strict conditions is one of the forms of ＂liability＂ in the ＂responsibility system＂ for the safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities. On the background of constructing safety responsibility management system in laboratories of colleges and universities, it is of great significance to research the legal responsibility of safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities.The legal responsibility of safety management in laboratories of colleges and universities mainly has three types： civil liability,administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility.
