中文摘要：目的论和西方文艺批评理论的滥用导致翻译理想主义屈从于实用主义和功利主义,对等、忠实标准受到挑战,甚至译作评价失去了统一、客观、合理的标准。因此,有必要维护"信"在翻译标准、翻译服务质量规范和翻译质量评估标准的首要地位,以减少乱译和译作评价的乱象。从严复的观点、法律、哲学、逻辑学、翻译伦理与职业规范、翻译质量评估模型等角度论证说明"信"都是第一位的。从目的论理论缺陷、著作权、翻译伦理与职业规范、翻译质量评估标准等角度驳斥了诺德以目的法则为首要法则的观点,批评了美国的《翻译质量保证标准指南》以需求为导向的个性化标准。

外文摘要：Due to the abuse of views from Skopos theory and western theories of literary criticism, translation idealism has been subjected to pragmatism and utilitarianism, translation criteria of equivalence and faithfulness have been challenged, and there is no universal, objective and justified criteria for translation criticism and evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to keep faithfulness as the most important criterion for translation practice, translation service quality assurance and translation evaluation to avoid too free translation and translation criticism based on Yah Fu＇s views and arguments from the perspectives of law, philosophy, logic, translation ethnics, professional norms and translation evaluation model. Christiane Nord＇s Skopos rule as the top rule is refuted from the aspects of the flaws of Skopos theory, copyright, translation ethnics, professional norms and translation evaluation standard, and demand-oriented individualized standard in Standard Guide for Quality Assurance in Translation is also criticized, as it can not guarantee translation quality.
