外文摘要：The18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made it clear that"the fundamental task of education is moral establishment and talent cultivation".As the main front of college students to accept ideological education,ideological and political education plays an important leading role in moral establishment and talent cultivation."Innovation,coordination,green development,opening up and sharing"are new concepts proposed by our Party in the new situation.The integration of the five development concepts can effectively promote the leadingrole of ideological and political course in moral establishment and talent cultivation.
