中文摘要：笔者通过临床表现、血液学检查及影像学检查确诊1例猫膀胱结石合并胰腺炎的病例;施以膀胱切开术治疗,配合补液疗法,辅以恩诺沙星、托芬那酸注射液、乌司他丁和奥曲肽等药物治疗,成功治愈,供业界同仁交流。

外文摘要：This paper reported the process of diagnosis and treatment of a case of cystolithiasis complicated with pancreatitis in a cat.The disease was confirmed by clinical manifestation,hematological examination and imaging examination.Cystotomy was administered to remove the stone,supplemented by enrofloxacin and tofenacine injection,as well as ulinastatin,octreotide and other drugs,and with rehydration therapy for postoperative adjuvant treatment.By introducing a successfully cured case of clinical feline cystolith complicated with pancreatitis,the author aims to provide some help to medical community in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of it.
